Return & Refund Policy
Shipping & Receiving Original Artwork
My goal is to make sure every collector is 100% satisfied with their purchase of original artwork.
Upon purchase, original artwork will be packaged and shipped to you within five to seven business days. A tracking number will be emailed to inform you when your artwork will arrive. For insurance purposes, a signature is required to receive the package.
If any damage is noticed to the packaging, please take a photo of the damage before you open it and then open the package in front of the carrier who delivered it. If the original artwork is damaged, decline the package and have the carrier send it back to us.
Please contact us immediately if you decline delivery.
Return Original Art
Within seven (7) days of artwork being delivered, you may request a return for reasons other than damage in shipping. A return shipment must utilize the original packaging to ensure it arrives to us damage-free. Artwork damaged during return shipping caused by improper packaging will not be refunded.
Costs for a return shipment are the full responsibility of the customer and must include the required amount insurance listed on our return form. Click here to give us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.
Upon the return of the original artwork and damage inspection, an email notification will be sent to you with an update on the status of your return and refund.
Refunds on Original Art
Upon refund approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a 5-7 business of days. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund/replacement item and to recover the cost of the return delivery from you in the event that the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery.

Return Giclee Prints
Giclee prints are print-on-demand based specifically on the size and style you ordered. Therefore, giclee prints are not 100% refundable.
A 50% refund of the purchase price is available upon completion of our return form. Refund requires the return of the print at the customer's cost.
